The atmosphere was clean, modern, and calming—immediately putting me at ease. The Owner Aunty Maria,(yes, I am claming you :) ) was so nice, friendly and I had great conversations with her. I highly recommend Nia Soule to anyone looking for top-tier service, skilled professionals, and a salon that treats you like more than just an appointment slot. I’ll definitely be returning!

Great experience! I had Ms. Linda and Runo for pinkie finger sized box braids to my waist in Norcross. Only took 5 hours! (last visit a few months ago took 9 hours-same braiders but much improved now!!) No pain at all during the hair braiding. Very professional and efficient. So happy I came back to this location! Side note: call for last minute appointments - I called at 2pm on Wednesday and was able to come in the same day at 3pm! Definitely recommend to all.

We had a great experience at Nia Soule salon (Norcross) today. Everyone was very pleasant and professional and the braids look great. This was my 12 year old’s first experience at a braiding salon and it worked out great! We will definitely be back.

Another great experience! Stephanie was awesome. She was able to provide me with the best option for my up coming trip. She also blended the perfect hair color for me. This is my go to spot for my braids. They are always prompt and very courteous. They make sure you are aware of any concerns they may have with the selected style before they begin. The time shown in the booking is very accurate. It is very rare they far exceed the time shown.

People are nice. The team makes a great effort to ensure the customer is happy. I have 3 suggestions: 1) Mmake sure staff is aware of inventory. I was interested purchasing a bag and they answered me but was not sure of their answer. 2) I sent in a pic of the hairstyle and brought the pic in grat job making it look like the pic but i wanted it parted on the side. Pic has that info. Make sure staff jas cust specifics. 3) teach staff how to check out people. Other than that all was great. I will be back.

The two ladies that did my hair are always great. I have been several times and each time they do my hair and make sure that I am comfortable. They are both friendly and very accommodating. My hair always looks beautiful. I will be back and my daughter will be there within the next week.

I always get the style I want and I'd rate myself as a difficult client because she rarely knows my next style until I show up. Never a perm, but braids, twists, crochet, afro you name the look and colors from red to blonde, to grey. I love to experiment and Carina always sees my vision.
