The make up artist Noura and the hair stylist Neima were great! I was completely satisfied with the final result; however, time management needs to be addressed! I called to book my appointments for my mom, my sister in law, and I over a week in advance. But sudden changes to the schedule to accommodate other customers outside the salon (in home service) made us wait for hours (4 hours to be exact) which is unacceptable! And we will be late for our occasion.

She’s consistent, precise, and genuinely cares about the final result. The shape is always perfect, the application is clean (no thick polish or messy edges), and everything lasts exactly how it should. She also pays attention to the health of your natural nails, which honestly makes a huge difference long-term. Every visit is the same level of quality no shortcuts, no rushed work.

The service was more than perfect. Everything is clean. They take care of tiny details. They even serve coffee (arabic/American) chocolates and water. Mshallah the ladies have a great smile on their faces and they welcomed me in a very nice way.
