My first experience of having semi-permanent make-up was hassle-free thanks to Kate. Her advice about colour choice meant I have something that suits my skin tone. She wasn’t phased by my slightly wonky mouth from years of nail-biting, and when mapping out my lip shape made my appointment overrun due to self-inflicted wonkiness, Kate was an absolute professional - instead of rushing, she took the time needed to ensure it was perfect, before moving on to adding colour. Perry is absolutely amazing at eyebrow threading! She is extremely patient, gentle, and truly skilled at what she does. Her hospitality is always wonderful, and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. I love the service every time I visit. Even though I live in Ramsgate, I always travel to Westgate just to have my eyebrows done by Perry — that’s how good she is! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give Kate more than five stars. Since the day I made my initial enquiry with her, to my consultation and then my appointment today, she's answered all questions and alleviated all my worries. The appointment itself was flawless, painless, and Kate worked with me to find a style of eyeliner that would suit me and that I was more than happy with. She was very personable and approachable, and runs an incredible business working to make people happy. I'm so glad I found someone as wonderful as Kate

Today was my first time going to the skin Beauty ( Basement Hair Margate ) I was Greeting it at the door by one of the staff i can't remember her name but she make me feel welcome didn't get to do what I wanted and that was Classic lashes extension but I did get my eyebrow wax I must say the Environment so friendly and I will going back thank to the staff that explain everything to me

Was amazing I was late due to not being from the area and sat nav messed up lady helped me find the salon over the phone. Wow was more then I expected I could of happily been in there for longer soo so relaxing I’m so sleepy now well needed after over working myself.all the products used smelt amazing the arm massage was amazing the hot towel and facial felt amazing the tricking of the head spa felt great and so did the steam hood and the hot eye mask 10 out of ten I will be telling every one to have one of these keep doing what your doing ! Also the salon was a very calming space.

This treatment had been popping up on my IG for a while and it definitely lived up to the hype. Not only was it extremely relaxing, but my scalp looked and felt amazing afterwards. Katie, my therapist, was very knowledgeable and gave some great advice on maintaining my scalp health when not at the salon. I am so impressed with the results that I plan to make this treatment part of my self care routine going forward. I have also been recommending it to all my friends and family!!

Ive been going to Sian's for years now and will be forever loyal. It's relaxed , friendly atmosphere. Enter the salon and sign off from the world. I now feel like I'm going to see a friend for a pamper and catch up now. I feel confident letting Sian work her magic and my hair has been transformed over the years. Hair isn't just hair. If your hair feels good then you feel good. Can't beat a vanilla latte , comfy surroundings and body orgasmic massage chair whilst at the sinks! . cant wait to be back soon!

I can say I had a very professional and friendly experience with Kate from the first time I contacted her to booking the appointment to the appointment itself I was kept up-to-date with any issues and worries I had .I had my eyebrows done and they look fantastic she is incredibly talented at what she does and so friendly but professional I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending you thank you so much Kate I even have makeup free days now

I wanted to review Claire Red for a long while since I had my lashes done by her first time but system never let me get through I had my lashes done now,and wow they are amazing Every time I love them a bit more Don’t know what this girl has to her hands but they are magical I hardly have own lashes but she manages to fill them all up and make them look natural and glamorous what I love the most is the fact that she knows how I do like having them done I had to tell her once only (normally you need to keep remaining people stuff like that) this shows her professionalism and level of caring.

Rebeca did my make up for my carnival party and she did a phenomenal job. I absolutely loved her work! She made me look stunning. She was professional. Thank you 🥰

Thank you for a great tidy up and colour. Looks great for my up coming holiday break.
