Had my hair coloured at Blossom Neath yesterday with Caitlyn, and she was incredible as always! She knows exactly what I like, and the colour came out perfect. The salon has such a fun, friendly vibe, and I’m obsessed with their cute little coffee menu too. Always a joy to visit!

From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was so friendly, which made the whole visit The staff were makung sure I was happy with the result and said tgey were happy to change anything - which there was no need as my hair and make up were perfect!. The atmosphere was relaxing and so friendly. I’ll definitely be returning for more services!

Irt was my first time at the salon with Lauren following a detailed consultation two weeks before I wanted to go lighter in colour and being there was a lot of colour build up, Lauren cleansed it first and then we carefully decided on a colour. Lauren went into detail on the difference in colours and I trusted her judgement and the end result was lovely. I also had a trim to tidy up the ends which gave my hair morse structur. On getting to know my hair Lauren recommended the correct products to use. A five star treatment and I will be returning. Great vibes in the salon too, lovely girls.

Abseloutly love this salon, i went in just for brows ended up with nails, toes gel, hair blowdry and vitamin b12 injection. all girls were superfriendly and accomidating for my needs. def will be going back and def highly recommend.

Jenny is honestly the goddess of brows and makeup! Had my eyebrows done with her today HD of course and honestly you can’t even tell they are mine they are so good! Never had such lovely brows and that’s all down to Jenny! She’s not just an amazing beautician but an amazing human being and is always so kind and lovely to everyone! Amazing spray tan this afternoon, something so personal and intimate and awkward stripping infront of someone but I felt so comfortable with Paige she made me feel so at ease and explained everything to me before and after the procedure. Will 100% be going back again for another spray tan. Receptionist staff Sam and Siobhan always make me feel so welcome both with warm and welcoming smiles and always taking your coats and offering you tea, coffee or water. Makes me feel very pampered and love coming to blossom. All the girls are lovely and friendly also. Highly recommend!!

My 12 year old daughter had her first visit to Blossom Salon today to donate 13 inches of hair to the Princess Trust. She was nervous, but our stylist Eva was incredible, kind, thoughtful & made her feel so grown up. Eva helped choose a stylish new cut & gave great tips for maintaining it. Our daughter left feeling confident & looking amazing. The whole team was friendly & supportive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience & will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

As a mature older woman , I will say these girls make you feel absolutely special. No intimidation considering they are very youthful looking and fit in well with today’s modern era. Kelly gave me a massage with a facial cleanse and she never disappoints making you feel so relaxed and at ease. She is excellent at her job and I am due in agin in two weeks .
