Clare was as always a true professional. Clare explained the process at each stage even though i have had the permanent make up done previously. This was so reassuring and put me at ease. Clare made sure I was happy with the shape of my eyebrows and the colour for my lips before she started. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for this service. You know you are in safe hands. Love visiting here for a pamper and especially so in the new Salon in Menston village. It looks amazing! From having my manicure and pedicure with Katie to having semi - permanent makeup with Claire. I have been coming here for a number of years and trust them with their knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend visiting the salon. Very happy with my new brows. Charlotte was really informative, recommending that we start with hair strokes allowing me to go a bit darker / heavier in my top up visit in 6 weeks if needed. Can't wait to see how they develop over the next few weeks.

I have had my third session of microblading tattoo removal with Charlotte today and looking at the results I’m sure she was right in my very first consultation saying it would take 3 goes The pain was minimal had a little frosting to my brows for a few days but the colour seemed to return as if by magic ! She was always running on time for my appointments , the salon is lovely and clean and there is plenty of free parking nearby If this is something you are looking into I would highly recommend Charlotte . You don’t have to live with bad brows 😀

The BEST in Leeds. I trust her with ANYTHING on my face. I just tell her to do what she thinks as she is so good. If you are looking to get anything done I HIGHLY recommend Charlotte. Fantastic service from Charlotte as ever. Having your lips tattooed is not the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had but Charlotte applies plenty of numbing cream and is really reassuring. The results make it well worth any discomfort - it must be as I’ve just returned for a top- up over 12 months later! So pleased with the colour and shape 👏👏

I highly recommend Charlotte! I am a first timer at permanent makeup and have had my brows done and the retouch and on all occasions Charlotte is professional and really knows how to put you at ease in every step of the process. My eyebrows look amazing and I no longer need to draw them on not even on full glam days!
