We treated our sister to a make up lesson, to show her how to apply her make up and to give her a confidence boost. Louise explained every step, explaning why and how to do everything. The visual transformation was both obvious and beautiful, but that didn't compare to our sisters personal journey. I will never forget the moment when she looked in the mirror and said "That's the first time I've looked pretty". Job well and truly done Louise x

Came for a spruce up for a Charity Ball today. Had my eyelashes tinted and curled, eyebrows tinted and shaped and then chilled with a gorgeous hot chocolate while Louise sorted my nails out. Three hours of total relaxation as I just switch off when I walk in the salon. I always leave as a different woman in more ways than one. Thanks Lou xxx
