Had a patch test for a 3 area package and was very happy. Heather explained how the laser works and also discussed how the machine is set up to work for my skin and hair etc. Clinic was very clean and welcoming. Heather answered all my questions and I can not wait to start my sessions.

Carolyn was fantastic!! I had no idea about makeup but she was so friendly and put me at ease. I was overwhelmed when I looked in the mirror as the makeup was amazing. I can't rate Carolyn highly enough. I felt 20 years younger and can't wait for my wedding day. Thank you so much Carolyn ❤️ xxx

i couldn’t recommend lumora laser more!! i’ve had 3 sessions and have already seen amazing results, heather is so so lovely and really makes you feel as comfortable as possible especially for your first time! prices are affordable and service is brilliant, 10/10 reccomend💕
