She took the time to assess my hair properly, explained what was achievable, and walked me through every step. She was so gentle, professional, and genuinely caring. The cut and tone turned out even better than I hoped for. I left feeling so confident again. I’ll definitely be booking all my future appointments with her. Can’t recommend her enough!
