My original appointment was canceled but they were able to find me another time in the same week. My massage therapist Gloria introduced herself and brought me into the room where she asked me if there any concerns or areas to focus on. The room is very nice and smells great. With calming music and nice lighting. The massage bed was very comfortable, warm and cozy. I asked for a relaxing massage. Gloria used just the right amount of pressure and asked along the way if I was comfortable. It was a great massage, gentle and relaxing. I could have easily stayed when it was over and fallen asleep.

Gloria makes you feel relaxed when you walk in the door with calm scents and lighting. Gloria took care of my sensitive skin and explained everything step by step. I knew exactly what products she was using and the benefits for my skin. I left feeling refreshed and my skin is glowing. Although I couldn’t do a full body massage today, the sneak preview on my neck, shoulders and arms during my facial show how magical Gloria’s hands are. Can’t wait for my next visit!

My experience at Gem & Rose was beyond amazing! Upon entering the studio, I instantly felt warm and welcome. I chose the hydrofacial package & all I have to say is omg. Gloria explained everything she was doing along the way and is so educated and passionate about her profession. After she did her magic on my face, she moved onto a foot scrub, hand and arm massage and a shoulder massage. I almost fell asleep - that’s how relaxed I felt. I left the studio with the softest, cleanest skin and the best impression. I cannot wait to go back to try the vast multitude of services Gem & Rose provides!

I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful today’s experience was. The past month specifically has really taken a toll on me and I just wasn’t able to come get my monthly massage for December. (I have a slipped disc & pinched nerve in my neck from a car accident I was in 10 years ago, & a monthly massage is the only thing that helps me.) Today made up for that. The stress that builds up in the body needs to be released somehow, and the demons were released today! After everything we are all going through self care these days is more important than ever. So, Get the massage. You deserve it.

Their professionalism and commitment to their patients’ well-being always put me at ease. The massage therapist is incredibly skilled, and the reception team is not only friendly but also extremely helpful. I highly recommend their services!

The front desk receptionist is very friendly and the physical therpaists here go above and beyond. they are knowledgeable and suggest methids to deal with your pain the massages ate wonderful as well and really help you get better with any body pain or medical problem uou have!
