Honestly, I was impressed and everything was perfect. The therapist was very professional and paid attention to every detail. This was my first visit. My appointment was at 4:00 PM and I arrived at 4:10. A total of around 25 minutes was deducted for arrival, changing, and settling in, so I received about a 30-minute massage despite paying for one hour. I believe preparation time should be considered part of the session, and some flexibility for traffic would improve the experience. Overall the experience was good but the deduction of the time made me hard to relax.

The booking system was great, and all staff I encountered were polite and helpful.
