Great experience, been a while since I've been in the hairdressers to get my hair done so thought why not treat myself! Rukky was professional throughout, whilst also giving me hair tips and tricks to maintain my style after I leave the salon. Would definitely be back and definitely recommend!

Rukky will not hesitate to give professional view and or much needed advice if clients wishes may need to be re considered - by taking this approach, she ensures that her clients end up with the best hair care treatment and finished look. This was my first time getting my hair done here and I can honestly say it was the best salon experience I have ever had! I had my hair done by Annabel and Rukky the owner also helped when she wasn’t busy. They made me feel so comfortable and welcome and you can tell that they know exactly what they are doing. I usually travel pretty far to get my hair done because there are few people I trust with my hair, but couldn’t due to being heavily pregnant but I will definitely be coming back from now on as I’ve never left a hair appointment so happy with the outcome than today! Thank you so much!!

I visited Ardour hair and beauty on the 28th February. I wanted to go from natural hair to a curly perm as I have arthritis in my hands and will have increasing difficulty taking care of my hair. I had a really good experience. Kimia really looked after me and she knows how to deal with my hair. Apart from having to wait outside for a while for the door to be opened at the entrance, my experience was nice. She was very attentive, reassuring, kind and friendly. It’s the second time she’s done my HD treatment and my hair is flourishing. Great combination of amazing products, care and great staff who know how to handle natural hair. I’ve been coming for back to back treatments every few months and I’ve noticed a massive improvement to my hair texture, strength and length.

My son's first salon experience. 13yr old new to locs and wanted twists. Mumma can't do everything. Lima offered and provided the full salon experience. The dryer was in his words, 'the worst part, but worth it tho'. Anthony welcomed and blessed him with biscuit and drink. King for a day. He felt comfortable and most important, willing to come back, which is a big deal.

Locs services good (e.g) I like that washing is included in services. Professional locticians, they're timely and good customer service. Always leaving there looking fresh.

Good loc maintenance was one the main reasons for my visit and I feel confident, that my hair will get back to good health from the conversations I had. The style I left with was also just as I wanted so very happy overall that I have found new locticians to help me continue my locs journey.
