Michelle is brilliant!! I have never been happy with anyone doing my eyebrows in the past as they have always made a mess of them but Michelle did a fantastic job of waxing and tinting them! I am so pleased and the pedicure she did was great, my feet feel and look so nice. Thank you Michelle x

Excellent - booked in for a Bikini wax and decided to also try a Nostril wax. TBH I keep on at my husband to get his done but he says its going to hurt too much so I gave it a try and will definitely be having it done again. I thought it was just for the gent's but ladies out there give it ago, it was a little uncomfortable but what waxing isn't.

Being from South Africa, I desperately needed to find a good waxing clinic. Yana was absolutely professional and thorough with my wax. Usually, after a wax, I still have lots of stray hairs that are missed but Yana really got them all. The space is beautiful and clean as well. I highly recommend this place- you won’t regret it at all.

It was my first time bikini waxing. Zarah was very welcoming and talked me through the whole process. The appointment went by in a blink. But the place is a bit confusing to find for a customer who's never been there before.

I recently used the Celluma device for a week at home, l found the results amazing! Skin appearance was improved on back and top of my arms using the blue light, on my face, neck and leg scar l used the red light . Charlotte was very helpful with explaing how to use the machine and it's benefits within the clinic setting which was clean and inviting. I would highly recommend Charlotte and her clinic.

This was my third time booking in with Zarah, I have been in for brow lamination, lash lift and body waxing and at each appointment Zarah was very professional but also very welcoming and friendly. She puts you at ease and makes sure you are comfortable throughout and goes above and beyond for her customers. I was nervous before my first appointment as in the past I have had my eyebrows over waxed/ tweezed which I told Zarah but she did an amazing job and really listened to what I wanted. She gives great aftercare advice also!

I went to Salon 81 for a Hollywood Wax after having a not so good experience at another salon. I was apprehensive about my appointment because of my previous experience but within minutes of being there I felt so comfortable. April was incredibly friendly and kind. Honestly can’t thank Keely enough for my wonderful hot stones massage today. I felt so relaxed and if you haven’t had one of these massages you need this in your life. Soothing stones over your back, neck, arms and legs taking all the stress and tension away. I was so relaxed I was almost asleep.
