I went today to get Hollywood wax and under arm wax. Sanaz, my server, was really good and gentle. My appointment went really smooth and I would recommend any newcomers to the city (like me) who is trying to find a comfortable place to get their waxing done. Please try waxing at Beauty Refinery! The team is amazing and super friendly!

I had a foot and leg massage with Fran today and it was absolutely amazing. I felt so peaceful and left feeling so relaxed. The space itself is tranquil and Fran was so friendly! I will definitely be back again!

First time having my legs waxed and Abbie made me feel at ease and was fabulous. I thought it would really hurt but it didn’t. Abbie always makes you feel welcome and has a great salon. Another fantastic massage at the beauty barn. I had only booked a foot and leg treatment but had some neck amd shoulder pain on the day. They were so accommodating and extended my massage to include shoulders and neck.

I had my first experience with waxing and gel nails at Lotus today. The entire process was fantastic, the staff were welcoming, the salon was clean and airy, and the treatments were delivered to a high standard. I had Hollywood waxing for the first time, and the beautician explained the process and used breathing techniques to reduce my anxiety and discomfort, which worked very well. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Had an absolute amazing spa day today. Hot tub to start, followed by the most relaxing leg and foot massage and facial. So relaxed I had a snooze. And to top it of a fresh and tasty afternoon tea. We'll definitely be booking again!! Thank you ladies.
