Best LED Light Therapy Near Me in Park and Arbourthorne, Sheffield

Hi I booked this for my mum as a gift. And she had some feed back as a disabled person . It's located up 4 flights of stairs which isn't advertised on your sight which she struggled with also no hand rails in the shower. She would have also liked the option of coffee . She would also have liked smalls snacks to be available for purchase as she has diabetes. Over all though she loved the service and would recommend to other people also she really liked the customer service .

This was my first float - after getting used to the sensation & totally letting my muscles relax I felt a total disconnect. My brain was so relaxed. Had lights on for a bit and then turned them off which was even better. Was strange to feel weightless but it felt like a total break. Feel good for it & will go back! The whole place was nice - full experience from puting on slippers, instructions for floating & relaxing afterwards with water and herbal tea. Christos & Larry were great, was a great experience. Thank you!

We had a lovely time on our couples wellness day today using the float tank, sauna & red light therapy, we both had the shirodhara treatment from pru & it was truly amazing. Thanks for a lovely day and looking after us.

Highlight of my week is coming to Connect2Correct. All the practitioners are so friendly and helpful, and as soon as you step inside, you instantly feel relaxed and calm. SO grateful for this amazing place on my doorstep! I've been having regular sauna sessions and can definitely feel the benefits. I can't wait to try the floatation tank and crystal mat!

I was recommended to connect 2 correct by my therapist and wow the infrared light session really has helped me gain clarity and peace within!

Really get benefit from the crystal mat therapy with red light. Was experiencing post viral fatigue and it seems to have sorted it! Christo is a great host.

Wonderful space to come and unwind. Very welcoming environment, christo is lovely and really explains the various therapies so well. I'm very glad to have finally come for some treatments. Highly recommend the flotation and red light therapy, I have had great relief from my spinal injury after both. I was much more mobile and pain was reduced significantly, not to mention the mental relaxation, it was immense !

Such a relaxing and welcoming environment. Might be nice to have slightly nicer shower gel etc but otherwise great experience.
