An amazing experience and very welcoming from the moment I arrived. It was perfect for recovery from an active lifestyle or to wake the body up and I would recommend to anyone looking for the perfect addition to their recovery programme for fitness or otherwise! Also would be a perfect way to unwind 👌

An excellent, professional service as always! I think what I've always appreciated from our sessions has been Beata's holistic approach-she's not just concerned with the physiological aspect, but she has an indepth knowledge of human anatomy, nutritional needs, injury prevention and has even provided me with relationship advice. I cannot recommend her services highly enough!

Excellent service as always! I didn't realise before the session today just how tight some of my muscles were (such as my IT band.) Beata carefully worked with her hands, warm bamboo and a massage gun to help loosen some of my muscles and to flush out the toxins to help aid my recovery. I'd highly recommend her services to anyone! :)

Excellent service as always! Beata always goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible! Having not had a session for a couple of months, I can really feel the difference after today's one-everything feels a lot lighter and a lot of the tightness and pain (from consistent running and training) has been flushed out!

How can I not rate Carly highly. ( ooh that rhymes)! She is very professional, attentive and her prices are excellent. Always friendly and welcoming.

Pal is magical. I haven't had a massage in 4 years so I knew she would have her work cut out for her. Due to an accident last year my lower back has been very painful for a while. Pal managed to work out alot of my muscle. I cant wait to see her again im a couple of weeks. Thank you so much
