Loved my Glass Skin facial with Kacie. She was super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions but also created a lovely relaxed environment. Loving how my skin looks now and excited to keep on top of it with a good routine!

Had problems parking and then getting into Skindeep due to roadworks and temporary traffic lights - clearly beyond anyone's control. Walked into an empty reception and called and waited for a good 5 minutes before going back outside and ringing the bell again. Once I was welcomed, the procedure was fully explained before treatment began. I had no previous experience of HIFU so was surprised somewhat by the sensation (sometimes unpleasant) around the jawbone. The second circular head was far more tolerable, as was the third for the area around the mouth. Everything was spotlessly clean and sani
