Always a lovely experience! Norah is very skilled and gives great advice about skin care routines, and information about any tools or products used during an appointment. The Bespoke facial is great and very relaxing. Currently having a course of Microneedling sessions 2/6.

I have had 5 x laser hair removal sessions with Lillian now and have been so impressed with the results so far. I'm a 44YO white Female with mousey hair. I'm fortunate not to have excessive dark hair outside of the usual zones, but after 5 sessions, my under arms and legs are almost entirely hair free. I was expecting to need many more sessions as I had the same treatment around 20years ago and it all grew back during pregnancy, so am thrilled with the result. Lillian is also incredibly warm, friendly and smiley. She is clearly a people person and always makes me feel comfortable. Thank you!

As someone who has suffered with eczema all of my life, I have always been cautious with my skin and Kate has been so patient and knowledgeable. My skin has completely transformed from reactive and red to now smooth. It has given me freedom in my skin and I look forward to continuing my skin journey with Kate after the wedding. Amazing hydra facial by Holly who was super friendly and knowledgeable! Was my first time getting a facial of any kind, so was super nervous but immediately realised I was a convert. Talked me through each step of the process and skin care recommendations, to get the most out of the treatment.
