10/10 as always. Bethany is so knowledgable about what she is doing, and creates such a relaxing atmosphere from when you arrive to when you leave. I’ve been coming for years now and I wouldn’t dare go anywhere else, my skin is always glowing after I’ve been. The attention to detail from the warm blankets, lighting, the incense, to the face masks and personalised water bottle all makes the experience wholesome. Debbi was friendly and ready to answer any questions i had and reasuring and took time to explain what was happing and what to expect, the experance was relaxingand she give great after care advice that is easy to follow will definitely be using the service again and wil be looking to see what else they offer

I came in for a Celluma facial and left feeling like I was floating! From the moment I walked into the treatment room, the atmosphere was calm, relaxing, and so peaceful. The added touches — especially the scalp massage and the option to listen to meditation — took the experience to the next level. From start to finish, Beth was absolutely amazing! I was booked in for microneedling, she talked me through everything and really put me at ease, as I was a little nervous and worried it might hurt. The facial itself was so relaxing, and the microneedling was completely fine. Beth kept me informed the whole time about what she was doing, which made such a difference.
