I had such a wonderful experience with my laser session today! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely welcomed and looked after. The whole experience was professional, friendly, comfortable, and reassuring from start to finish. The treatment itself was carried out with so much care and attention to detail. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt completely at ease throughout the session. I visited Meliorá Skin today. Firstly the aesthetic of the studio is serene and calm which helps you relax. Sophie then did a thorough consultation, analysing my issues with my skin and understanding my concerns. I then had my Custom Signature facial which was soothing and unreal, coupled up with Sophie’s bubbly and talkative personality, the experience was second to none. Sophie then went above and beyond by sending me products to use going forward which is a massive help.
