The massage was really good, It only lost a star due to the pole directly under my face on the massage table being quite dusty and horrible, and I was hoping there would be an aromatherapy steam machine thing going like downstairs rather than a bit of oil on a face mask covered in blue roll. Basically the massage was great but the room didn’t really feel relaxing or special.

This was my first visit to The Chair and I'm certain it won't be my last. Lel made me feel so comfortable from the start. She explained what she was going to do to achieve the effect I was after. I was recommended to use Charlotte for a B12 shot by my reflexologist. I'd been recieving NHS shots so was apprehensive about getting a shot from a clinic but Charlotte's knowledge and professionalism beat the three NHS doctors I've seen! She asks you to complete a form that she puts through to a governing body to approve the injection for - so you know her service is of utmost professionalism. Won't hesitate to use again! Trish 😊

I have now visited Jane at Brock Aesthetics twice, with a third appointment booked in. Both treatments have been fab - Jane is very knowledgeable and the studio is beautiful which creates a very relaxing atmosphere.

Amazing facialist. Caroline is literally a miracle worker. I arrive all tense and stressed and Caroline works her magic and I leave feeling so much lighter, brighter and energised. In a recent appointment, I arrived with the start of an inflamed hip, hoping I would be able to get onto the massage table. Within 10 mins Caroline's incredible reflexology skills had removed the pain and within hours my hip was as good as new - previously it's taken over a week of intense pain and painkillers to alleviate. I cannot recommend Caroline more highly!

Lel as always is so professional, every time I visit The Clinic I have such a wonderful experience and leave feeling so much more confident in myself. The Clinic itself is such a relaxing, chilled space where you are made to feel a little bit of “me time” I have been coming to The Clinic for around 18 months now and would not trust anyone else to keep me feeling ME ❤️
