It was so amazing to meet Lucy this morning. I have been so down about my skin and she has already made me feel so much better and I am excited to make some changes. It’s so refreshing to speak to someone who cares and is real (not just trying to sell their products). It felt like a therapy session that I have come out of feeling so much more positive about life. Lucy was so amazing, I was unsure of what treatment to have (I got very sunburnt last week☹️) and she looked at my skin and explained what would be best in a way that I understood. We went with the LED therapy and she made me feel so comfortable and not awkward or nervous at any point. She was talking me through what she was doing the whole time and recommended some products as I know I need to improve my skincare routine! I would recommend her to everyone and I can’t wait for my next treatment!!!❤️

Lucy was brilliant from start to finish. It was my first session and we went through all the challenges I’ve had with my skin, I felt listened to and excited to get her recommendations! Lucy is fantastic! She is extremely knowledgeable and has been great at giving me advice and making me feel comfortable. For my first appt I booked ‘leave it to Lucy’ and have followed that with a routine of peels/dermalux LED to kickstart my skin journey, there has been a huge improvement in my skin tone & texture! Truly cannot reccomed Lucy enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow! I am absolutely taken back by how amazing this woman is at her job. Let me tell you, I am the WEIRDEST person with having my eyebrows done by anyone. It seems no matter where I go, I always leave feeling a bit upset about how they look. Not this time! I am in loooove with them! Truly, I couldn’t be more grateful. Then the LVL - absolute game changer! My lashes look so long and healthy, without curving all the way back. Grace listens to your anxieties about any treatments and makes sure you’re comfortable with whole process. She is ridiculously knowledgeable in her field too!

Had a chemical peel & LED light therapy with Lauren. Wow, my skin is glowing! Best in the business when it comes to skin, she knows exactly what the right treatment is based on your current skin concern. Wouldn’t let anyone else treat my skin and I can’t recommend her enough. Just had a lovely experience at The Facialist, located in Basingstoke, Hampshire. I had a deep cleanse, exfoliation, LED mask treatment with after care of vitamins and a hydrating hyaluronic acid treatment. Just felt lovely and relaxing - Lauren also provided helpful skin care advice.
