This marked my initial visit to the cryo shop. While I'm not well-versed in beauty establishments, I certainly sensed a warm and inviting atmosphere. Ms. Monia proved highly skilled in guiding me through my requirements and suggesting what would suit me best. Was very happy therapy Dana with relaxation massage and I think I was having neck problems but now I am feeling good so with also have some to remove the cold water for getting better and also for losing weight and thank you Dana and also the team worker for best service.

Ayah is the best therapist in this Mamsha Al Saadyat branch, she’s so helpful and knowledgeable in all her fields and explains everything in details.

Saraya is the greatest, my muscle soreness and tension always feel better once I see her every Friday. She knows what she’s doing. (Also sorry if I mispelled the name) lmao.

I had a HydraFacial and a skin pen treatment with Aya. She was very knowledgeable and the treatment was exactly how I was expecting it to be. Better than last time (different therapist). Last time I had lots of bruises but now no bruises at all. Thank you.

My therapy went fine. Please have the entrance door handle fixed because it's hard to open and close it, and front desk staffs did not even bother to assist or help. I notice this broken handle has been there for sometime since I came almost every week. One of the front desk staffs also had this mugging/sour looking face while on duty. It gave an unpleasant and unwelcome feeling when you entered/were being at the store.

I enjoyed my session with Sarya. Her massage is just amazing. I always come home feeling much better after a session with her. However, front desk staff should have more knowledge when asked questions, especially about details of payment or installments. Today I asked if I use Postpay to pay installments, 'do I need to make the 2nd & 3rd payment from my end OR it will be deducted automatically from my card', the staff said he didn't know/not sure. Even though I received an email from Postpay for the instructions; as a client, it's always good to double check with the staff too.

I recently visited Cryo after completing a full marathon. I was completely exhausted and could barely walk. After just one session of localized therapy, I felt a significant difference—I was able to walk again! Today, I tried the red light therapy, and I’m incredibly impressed.
