Not only do I always leave Kensington with a great hair cut, blow dry or colour, what makes me come back time and time again, are the lovely ladies. Sabah, the salon owner, cannot do enough for you and will always try and accommodate anything and everything you ask for. She truly knows the meaning of customer service and how to give you a great cut. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for my hair.

Amazing service and staff. So welcoming and friendly. I went for a new set of lashes and had some lashes from another artist. The master at Favori did not even charge me for removal (a paid service) as there were only a few lashes. This is what I love about this place; transparency. They will only charge you if you are obviously using up product and their time (which is common sense). Always my go to, thank you!

My daughter and I visited for the first time last week for a wash, cut and blow dry. We are always a little wary of having our hair done in Qatar after some bad experiences in the past, but the lovely ladies at Kensington have restored our faith in hairdressers! 😊Lovely friendly staff, beautiful salon, and stylists who took the time to discuss what we wanted. Absolutely brilliant service-glad we have found you-we will be back!

The service was very good, the treatment of the ladies are friendly but the room needs to be more relaxing and comfortable for the client. There is no hook to keep your clothes, there is a big mirror but it is on the floor, so you can't see yourself in it when dressing. The room is opened on the top so you can hear everything the people saying outside at the nail station and there is no relaxing music. Plus when you turn on your back, you face vents and AC tubes, its cold. Plus I would like better quality of oil used on the body, QAR300 is not a cheap price, the products should show that.
