I had a last lift and tint with Libby today. Every time I come to Erica's everyone is really welcoming and Libby is very friendly. She's very professional and Im always very happy with her treatments. She can even work with my twitchy eyes. I won't go anywhere else for my lashes.

I received excellent customer service, before during and after my treatment at Essence hair and beauty. Emma is professional and friendly. I booked in for a lash lift and tint and the results were amazing, I absolutely love them and I would highly recommend this treatment. I will definitely be booking back in.

I have been to the salon a few times now and every time I have been, Erika has been absolutely fantastic and very professional. Love this place! Been coming here for years now. Sometimes I leave it too long before my next visit but when I do turn up, it feels like yesterday. Nothing beats a pamper and a chin wag! Coral is amazing and so are the rest of the salon girls
