Rob is fantastic. Its obvious he knows his profession in detail. He is patient and explains things clearly. I have had laser removal before and this seems to be more effective by feel. The patch test was Important not only for reactive reasons but to understand the power required for the tattoo being removed. Definitely recommend! Its also very private which is ideal, and appointments are all to time.

The laser removal procedure was nowhere near as painful as I thought it would be. Yes it does hurt but Rob gets you through it. If you need a break you can have a break. Overall he gets it done quickly and efficiently and that blast of cold air really does the trick. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for laser removal. Rob is amazing

I have spent four times the cost in some other IPL Clincs in Central London Clinics(paddington etc) and received no where near the same results or experience. Rob is very informative and gives you realistic expectations. Very knowledgeable on how the laser works and the aftercare that should be considered. Thoughtful during the actual process and checks to make sure your not too uncomfortable offering breaks if and when needed. Overall good experience.
