I had my first facial with Sophie today! We did a consultation and a bespoke facial. I suffer with large blocked pores and have struggled to find the right treatment and skincare advice. Sophie was amazing! My skin looks so much better just after one treatment. We’ve decided on my home care regime and to keep up with regular treatments for the best results. I am delighted and Sophie was so lovely and friendly. I can’t wait to come back next month!

I had the best experience at the Skin Refinery Clinic. The clinic is gorgeous and spotlessly clean. Jess was so welcoming and professional. Wonderful! Jess is clearly an expert in skin - she went through my current skincare routine ahead of the treatment and made some additional suggestions. The treatment itself was excellent, so thorough but super relaxing and my skin looks and feels so much better. Would highly recommend a visit :)

From the moment Jess welcomed me to their beautiful clinic I felt so relaxed. I had a peppermint tea in a long glass whilst we chatted. Due to psoriasis and a recent head wound I had my first infra red light treatment together with a skin consultation. Sophie was very reassuring and I felt safe and comfortable in her capable hands. I loved the infra red. I wasn’t sure what to expect and I did feel a little nervous but Sophie stayed with me during the treatment. I felt very relaxed after and I can’t wait for my next appointment with high hopes of a good outcome. Thank you ladies.
