I tried the Eneka laser hair removal today, it was a straightforward and pleasant experience start to finish the session did not take long, the spa was well set up and my therapist was extremely professional and I felt like I was in good hands. I was advised of aftercare and preparation needs before the appointment and had a patch test beforehand to ensure there were no adverse reactions. The Eneka laser treatment was quick and painless, goggles were provided to protect my eyes and aloe gel afterwards for my comfort to reduce irritation of my skin

Anna is so phenomenal. I always feel that her massages are exceptional but today we did bionic laser and high frequency and my skin looks so even and glowing, it was unbelievable how improved it was.

Anna was so friendly, taking the time to listen to all my concerns and really diving deep into my past to get a thorough background. My treatment was then tailored accordingly, which was amazing – it included an extraction followed by laser! I felt very comfortable and received lots of great advice specifically tailored to me and my skin, along with a personalised skincare routine. I currently live abroad, and Anna adapted everything perfectly.

I have had laser done so haven’t had a wax in many years. Hema was brilliant and made everything super comfortable and easy. Will be back!

My CO2 laser treatment was great. I felt very well looked after and the treatment was fast and not nearly as painful as I’d thought it would be.

I arrived for my appointment and was attended to immediately. This was my third visit to have laser treatment to remove brown spots from my face. Emily took time to ask how I've found the treatment to date while explaining the plan for that day's session. Staff are always helpful and welcoming during my visits.

I had a great experience at Aesthetics by Lauren Turner Clinic. I went in for a Genesis laser treatment to help with some post-acne scarring, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team is incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel really comfortable from start to finish. They explained everything clearly and took a very thoughtful approach. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients. The clinic itself is clean and welcoming, and overall the whole experience was just really positive. I’m really happy with the results so far and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I had a really bad migraine and booked the Indian head massage. Ash was truly amazing, she really listened to the issue I had and tailored the massage to focus on the areas that caused the migraine. I felt much better afterwards - will definitely visit again.
