Had a good first Bespoke Korean facial with Dr. Fernanda but the next one was with another staff and I felt like the treatment was rushed and was not done thoroughly. Nena though did a great job with the Zen Hair Spa. The staffs at the reception Jude and Emily were really nice and made sure I get all the help I need.

Great job by Sarita. Very patiently does the hair wash and good at her work with blow dry. Needs to just work on giving bounce to the hair when doing blow dry for the end result: I would like to give feedback that the brushes used for the blow dry are all damaged and pulls the hair and makes the blow dry very frizzy and ends up looking not finished the hair. Please look into this and get improved quality of brushes for hair blow dry.
