Yet again...another great appointment with Alix..so pleased with the results already.. Yet another lovely Beauty treatment with Alix.. Alix is so thoughtful and always takes time to explain and talk thru each treatment before hand...which really puts you at ease . Would also like to say how welcoming the whole staff are each time I visit. Really happy with Rosie looking after my hair.....did a great job with my full head of highlights and,looking forward to my appointment tomorrow . All in all a great Salon for both Beauty and Hair treatments. ... Deserves much more than 5 Stars Sharon X

As always, a fabulous service from the Fresh Team, especially Izzie. Great customer service, chilled environment with every staff member friendly and professional. I always look forward to my hair appointments - proper pampering Izzie knows my colour, styling and always curls my hair without having to ask or look it up. It's these little touches that make this salon stand out from others I've been to. Can't recommend this salon enough

Rosie was amazing today! I went in with the remains of a migraine, worried I wouldn’t do well in the salon however Rosie took such good care of me making me feel so relaxed and comfortable that I left feeling so much better. AND my hair looks incredible!! I couldn’t ask for any more!! Thank you Rosie!
