Liza is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I have only seen her twice for colour and keratin treatment, but my hair looks and feels better than it has in years! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I visited Black Ivy again today which marks about 1 year since I started getting a variety of treatments from Emma: fat dissolve, fillers, anti-wrinkle treatments and cryotherapy. I am always delighted with the results and would not go anywhere else. The cryotherapy was my most recent treatment that I hadn't had before and the results were nothing short of amazing. All of my skin tags on my neck disappeared almost immediately and did not scar. These tags were uncomfortable and unsightly and I am over the moon my skin is now blemish free. Emma is the best therapist I have ever seen. J

I visited Black Ivy today for my regular treatments. Emma advised me not to have one treatment as it was not necessary. Emma is fantastic but also has the highest levels of integrity by advising me not to spend money on something that was not needed. I recommend Black Ivy 100%. I highly reccomend Mark Mardell Salon. This is my go-to place for haircuts, hair treatments, etc. The staff is not only super kind and friend but also highly skilled. Besides, the ambiance is always inviting and comfortable.

Booked in with emma for a iv infusion and what a pleasant experience, very welcoming and friendly, didnt even realize she had put the needle in until she said sit back and relax.. will definitely be coming back for more treatments.

I had my Lemon Bottle treatment with Emma and she was absolutely lovely from start to finish. She made me feel so comfortable, explained every step of the process clearly, and was really talkative and warm throughout. I really cant recommend this Practice highly enough for there top quality care, attention and painless removal of my ear wax with very reasonable and competitive prices. The treatment can take just a matter of minutes in top hygienic surroundings by professional and qualified staff, once done your on your way with clearer hearing and a steady walk as blocked ears can make you unbalanced when it comes to walking. They have two clinics, one in Brentwood, Essex with the other in Swanley Kent.
