Just had my first hair appointment with Melissa today, having found the salon via the Fresha App. Melissa was welcoming and also very professional and knowledgeable which made me feel like my hair was in safe hands and that I was able to relax and enjoy the pampering. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted but knew what I didn’t and I couldn’t be happier with the cut and how she styled my hair. Needless to say that I am going back to have some colour done with Melissa in a few weeks, which I’m already looking forward to. Would highly recommend a visit.

I recently visited the salon and had an unfortunate experience with a trainee who got something stuck in my hair during washing, causing a severe knot. However, the team handled the situation impressively. Ella and Heidi spent an hour and a half meticulously untangling it, demonstrating patience and professionalism throughout. I wasn't charged for the service and was given a complimentary hair treatment. Despite the initial mishap, their excellent service turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one and I was happy with my highlights.

My first visit to CiaraJade Hair Salon. Mellisa gave me excellent, friendly, professional haircare advice. Melissa made up a special salon hair treatment specially for what my hair required. The cut was perfect. I would thoroughly recommend Melissa. I was so happy with my hair, I made my next two following appointments before I left.

I got a phone call prior to my appointment to ensure I know my way around the place, which was already an excellent impression. I had a haircut with Morgan whose very professional and very good at her job. She gave me a very good advice about the possible hairstyle, which turned out to be perfect for my hairtype and liking. She was also very informative about what she was gonna do for me. Over all, I'm very satisfied with the services and will definitely return.

Melissa is a great colourist . I love how she has blended my roots and it all looks and grows out much more naturally and feels so much less damaged as I have been a bleached blonde for most of my life I love what she has achieved with her colouring knowledge and I wouldnt go anywhere else now, she has restored my faith in hairdressers and Im glad I took that leap of faith. Its a lovely salon and everyone is so friendly but also professional. 100% recommend it.

Everyone was so friendly the salon layout was really nice. Morgan was really professional but also on the level of a good laugh and a good natter.
