Kerrie is very knowledgeable, friendly and makes you feel at ease when you're in trestment with her. I have also been in treatments with Kylie, she's just the same. Brilliant girls . Will answer all questions no matter how big or small and will make recommendations when they would optimize results. I think this little clinic is a real gem and I hope it runs for years to come, because im going to be a returning costumer again and again, no question about it.

Very clean throughout the salon all staff from reception to the professional was very polite and welcoming I had a massage facial and some dermel filler today from sian and Sarah both really professional and welcoming thank you both so much for my treatments

Sarah is amazing ❤️ Professional, knowledgeable and truly an expert in her field. As an RGN, you feel completely safe in her hands. I really look forward to my appointments. HOC is the best! I hold Sara their Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner in the highest regard and I wouldn't trust anyone else- I've had a few treatments now to level up & support my NHS opthamalogy eye treatment & Sara always makes me feel comfortable ,she is knowledgeable & proffessional always administers the right amount of botox to suit my needs. The salon is super friendly and the customer here is second to none. All in all five star 🌟!!

Went to appointment looking for advice on styling booked in for a cut possible colour with highlights and lowlights. Jess did both my consultation and treatment, cannot fault the service and professional approach shown by Jess. Even got treated to a head massage when hair was being washed which left me feeling so good 🙂 Has done an amazing job best hairstyle and highlights made me feel so happy. Could not recommend highly enough Top Class service from start to finish. Think ive just found a new hairstylist will definitely be returning !!!! 🙂🙂 Given 5* as had 5* 😊

Kerry gives in-depth advice about the treatments she offers, explains in medical and simple terms how the treatments work and gives honest advice if needed. I found her to be both professional & reassuring, and left the clinic with a full understanding of what treatments would suit me best and why. There is no hard sell, if Kerry doesnt think you need it she will say so and offer an alternative that may be less costly. I honestly wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
