Not only is the clinic spotlessly clean, you get a warm welcome, a wealth of knowledge, a professional service, advice and support and after care. My favourite thing about this team is that only experienced, qualified Nurses are injecting my face. People who have trained medically for years and who continue to update their skills and knowledge to offer us the best treatments. Always a pleasure to visit.

Everything is 5* here Let’s start with the clinic itself - absolutely stunning, extremely stylish and super clean but completely inviting - their treatment list is amazing too. Next the staff - all incredibly attentive, friendly and easy to talk to but in the same breath absolute experts in their craft and love what they do. I had Botox with Jess and she was epic. Made sure she talked me through everything, very methodical, put me completely at ease, such a professional Cannot fault anything about my treatment or experience.

Emma was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was disappointed that the price shown initially of £230 for the treatment I wanted would actually cost £749 and then in 4 weeks may need topping up costing another £300+. This treatment would only last 12 - 18 months making it very expensive for me and unfortunately out of my reach.

Honestly I wish I could give more than 5 stars, they always make you feel welcome and appreciated. They give you the best advice without making you feel uncomfortable. I always walk away happy with the service they provide and I even recommend family/friends and work colleagues to come here for treatments.

Procedures alone with their benefits and side effects were clearly explained and there was opportunity to ask questions and to raise concerns. The environment was clean with the highest standards of infection control in place. A quick and painless treatment with follow up aftercare planned and arranged before leaving the clinic.

I really enjoyed the Hydrafacial treatment I I found it very relaxing and Paula explained each procedure as it went along. My skin now feels smooth in texture and has a lovely glow.
