I never leave without learning something new. I am so very sad that I can’t take her with me when I move next month to another province.

Yvonne is exceptional The IPL treatment for dry eyes caused by ocular rosacea was fully explained and IT WORK!!

Yvonne is kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I have seen an improvement in my dry eyes and Rosacea since receiving the IPL treatments.

The IPL treatments with Yvonne have been wonderful - treating both my icculat rosacea as well as the rosacea on my face and neck. Highly recommended.

I was greeted by Yvonne upon arrival for my appointment. She explained what the treatment process was going to do, and explained what I could expect during and after treatment. This was my first of four appointments for IPL treatment for my dry eye. Cassandra printed off a post procedure hand out for me and booked my next appointment. As with my eye appointments to see Dr. Lin my experience was great. Thank you Yvonne and Cassandra.

Within the first couple of minutes she diagnosed my specific type of rosacea and reiterated precisely what my dermatologist Dr Kirk Barber had told me on March 2nd. Katie did a great job of explaining in detail various procedures and treatments without pressure or obligation.

I was immediately greeted by reception and taken to the Eye Spa Aesthetics, I didn't get the name of the receptionist, but Thank you for your great customer service. I had my third appointment with Yvonne to treat my dry eye. Today Yvonne wanted a new set of pictures taken to see how far my dry eye has improved and if there are any problem areas. Marie took me to the exam room and took pictures of both eyes and then sent the to Yvonne. Thank you Marie. Yvonne gave me two different treatments today one was new to me. It is called FORMA - I it uses radio frequency. Thank you Yvonne. Henry.

professional, competent treatment Clear explanations and excellent results

I was greeted by Cassie as soon as I walked in the door. I don't know how she knew me or who I was there to see, but she greeted me by name and let Yvonne know I was there for my appointment. My appointment with Yvonne went well. I wasn't able to have both treatments done due to an issue with my upper eye lids. The ILP was done and Yvonne said there is improvement. She gave me a sample of foam to take home to try, but by the time I got home the foam was all gone. It comes in a can and I guess that's the way it has to be used. I would suggest having small sample cans available to try.
