The Wellness Lounge is always so welcoming, and their beautiful new location adds to the relaxing experience. I recently tried pressotherapy there, and it was extremely calming and left me feeling refreshed. The staff are kind and professional, ensuring a comfortable experience. There are no words that can express the expertise, friendliness and professionalism that are experienced on every visit, some visits are sport related needs and some are just for shear pampering and me time needs, there is a massage/therapy for every need. Thank you Paul, my sports massage was much needed yesterday and I came out 100% better than when I came in 🙏🏼

Mum and I had a Recovery Lounge session on Sunday afternoon and what a fabulously invigorating experience it was. Firstly, it was easy to book online and plenty of free parking on arrival. Secondly, we had a warm welcome and brilliant guidance throughout that added to the fun we had. It included full spectrum sauna, cold plunge pool, red light therapy and pressotherapy. We were even given a rehydration drink. To cap it off we completed the Flame&Chill challenge with our full immersion in the 8 degree cold tub and got our photo on the wall of fame!! We highly recommend the wellness lounge.

Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Such a great experience! My partner and I booked the recovery room. We’d never tried red light therapy, pressotherapy or the ice plunge: fillip talked us through everything and was very patient and friendly. Genuinely, one of our favourite random date days

I had a great session in the Recovery Lounge. Sauna, red light and pressotherapy. A great space and very relaxing - a super antidote for stress. Staff were friendly, welcoming and super helpful. I will be going back!

Recently visited the wellness lounge and booked the recovery room. The online booking was easy. The venue is simple to find and sign posted. Free parking is available on site with plenty of spaces. When we arrived the room was pre prepared for us based on what we had said in the initial questionnaire when booking. The recovery room is well equipped sauna, red light therapy, ice bath, shower etc Overall the wellness lounge offers an outstanding experience and I fully recommend it. We can’t wait to return. Loved it - ideal therapy for after the half marathon. Guided therapies were excellently delivered, time flew and I want to go back to get the buzz from the ice bath again. So refreshing. Super clean, lovely fragrance.

Such a relaxing way to end the week and ease the tension we carry around. Waiyee is always a delight! She is such a professional, so knowledgeable and tackles your individual needs with such care and precision. Most of the time I don’t even know what I need doing, but thankfully she knows just the right spots. Really enjoyed the massage today, which was nicely followed by contrast therapy and it was such a treat! Grateful for all the team’s care and attentiveness. Would definitely recommend the Wellness Lounge . Thank you guys

This is a must for those who truly wish to appreciate the benefits of a multitude of therapies. The service and support and facilities are excellent. You have the option for a guided session or left to conduct your own experience with the staff at hand . All together, the therapy session, in my opinion, is very well priced. I will definitely include the Wellness Centre services as part of recovery regime, not solely for sports, but equally to relax my mind.

The newxlounge is taking shape. Even whilst there's lots to still do it didn't feel like it once you were in the lounge. I really feel the pressotherapy is helping with my lyphatic drainage, following my surgery. The owner is very welcoming and always greets you at the door with a smile. Great experience - Julie J
