This was my first time using a hyperbaric chamber. My main focus was on the breath, I used what people call the infinity breath which is a continuous deep inhale/exhale for the duration of the treatment (1 hour). I got similar effects as when practising kundalini yoga which is a gathering of energy in arms. After the treatment I must say I felt slightly slimmer (more put together, hard to explain) which might be linked to the pressure in the chamber. It was a pleasant feeling. I recommend it. I hear people like Justin Bieber go to sleep in these chambers. I might have to give that a go too

This was an excellent experience. Monika explained exactly what would happen and was on hand all of the time to make sure that things went well. I took a book to read while in the chamber and was completely comfortable for the whole time. I will definitely be having more sessions at Hatfield.

Where do I start, I go in every week for my session, I have done this for about 4 months and a half and had a miraculously quick recovery from a varicose ulcer. The staff has been most helpful providing me extended knowledge and advice on how to proceed reason for such a successful recovery. I'm all better now but my journey with hyperbaric at Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is something I intend to carry on doing for a long time. Monika is one of the most positive people I've ever met, she goes the extra mile for every single client and with time I've found a friend for life in her.
