So impressed I got vouchers for friends! I have had reflexology and hot stone massage. Both amazing! I am recovering from surgery and am not able to lie on my front yet and Rio adapted the treatments to allow for this. Really therapeutic and so relaxing!

This was my first time getting a sports massage and it was incredible! Rio was so lovely to talk to and she answered all of my questions about what she was doing and the kinds of aftercare I could do to help with my posture. The therapy room was beautifully decorated, clean, warm and comfortable. I can’t wait for my next session!!

Fabulous reflexology session. I love that she is able to release stiffness and disapates aches and pains from my body by giving me a lovely relaxing foot massage. Plus a leg wax. If I could give 10* I would! Justyna is such a lovely and welcoming person, always makes you feel at ease. She’s a skilled profesional and I’ve been loyal to her for years, for a good reason. She has recently started to do treatments on my teenage daughter and I know my girl is in great hands.
