I recently had a Reiki session with Michaela and it's been a really positive experience. I felt at ease and welcome from the start, and the session gave me the opportunity to properly switch off. Michaela creates a really calm environment and having left, I'm feeling clearer headed and balanced. I’d definitely recommend Michaela to anyone looking to take some time to reset. Will definitely return - and great to have this so local in Pontefract.

Absolutely fantastic another superb neck, shoulder and back massage by michaela. You don't realise how tense your neck shoulders and back are until michaela gets to work with her massaging, wow all of the knots in my back and shoulders have gone and you feel brilliant. Absolutely fantastic, Jasmine is lovely, she was recommended by my best friend and l was not disappointed. It was my first treatment, l had a Swedish massage, Jasmine focused on my muscles between my shoulders, it was a little painful but that was to be expected, my appointment was at 10am this morning and its now almost 18:00pm and l feel so much better, l have booked another appointment for 3 weeks for the same treatment, Jasmine your a star thank you 😊
