This is the first time I’ve visited Motion Remedy at the new Hornchurch location. The salon is beautifully decorated, in calm and relaxing colours. From the moment you arrive you can see the attention to detail, complimentary hot or cold drinks, friendly helpful receptionist and spotlessly clean. I had an amazing hot stone massage by Gigi, but I will definitely be trying out the treatments available with the new therapists. 12/10!

Gigi is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also exceptionally skilled at what she does. This was my first visit, recommended by a friend, and I honestly had no idea what to expect—but it turned out to be the best therapeutic massage I’ve ever had. She made me feel completely at ease, and the whole experience was amazing. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Everyone at Motion Remedy is incredible, I've been going for the best part of the year and have enjoyed every single massage. I've now been getting regular pregnancy massages with Apple and honestly she has the hands of an angel. She is single-handedly getting me through the aches and pains of the third trimester and I cannot praise her enough. I also booked my husband in with Apple for an aromatherapy massage, he usually struggles with relaxing and is really tense, but he came out relaxed and rejuvenated!

Went to Beautifly for my B12 shot with Waz and it was such a good experience. He explained everything really clearly and made me feel comfortable. Already feeling full of energy — definitely coming back!

Previously had a massage with Channelle, now had mani and pedi and she was amazing. Very thorough with her work, very attentive with my needs as had surgery recently so had a few mobility challenges.
