I have been experiencing pain in my left shoulder for the past two months after a fall. Unfortunately, physiotherapy through the NHS did not help. Today, Yaroslava identified the trigger points and worked on them accordingly. By the end of the session, I was able to move my left arm with only a little pain, which was a significant improvement. I highly recommend Yaroslava. She is a highly qualified and skilled specialist, and I am very pleased with the results of today’s treatment.

I booked a deep tissue massage with Natalie as I couldn't see my usual therapist. My massage was firm as I had requested and was perfect. I felt a little sore in the shoulder area after as I don't have a message very regularly and the next day the soreness had gone as well as my usual shoulder pain. So pleased and would definitely recommend 👏👏
