I always have a great time getting waxed by Gemma. Might sound a little strange as waxing isnt the most relaxing treatment but we just have a laugh throughout the whole appointment and I'm always pleased with my results. Gemma is so welcoming, professional and amazing at what she does so I cannot recommend her services enough.

I recently had my first ever wax with Gemma, and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable from the start, and was just as chatty as I am, which really helped ease any nerves I had. Gemma was incredibly professional but still down-to-earth, creating such a relaxed atmosphere. I also took advantage of an amazing package deal, which made the whole experience even better. Regular full leg & v mould wax which Gemma, as always, ensures is as comfortable and relaxed as possible. This was followed by a full body hot stone massage. Gemma constantly checks that the pressure is right on each area and this will definitely be added to my regular visits. Lastly was an express facial and dermaplane. I can honestly say that I left feeling totally refreshed and can’t recommend Gemma highly enough

Experienced the new Sea Magik Hot Salt Rock Stress Relief & Relax massage today and it does exactly what it says in the title. Gemma constantly checks that pressure is fine, that you’re comfortable and totally relaxed. A wonderful experience that I can highly recommend. Thanks Gemma 😊

2 brand new experiences today: 1st was the Yogassage Soothing Waves full body massage. It really was a full body massage alternating between calming and soothing to releasing tension from top to toe. Can’t recommend this enough for a total massage experience. 2nd was a Hydraboost Facial. Products used were amazing - really smooth, gentle and smelt divine. On returning home I was told that I was ‘glowing’ and I did feel totally refreshed. Look no further than Gemna for a highly professional therapist offering some truly fabulous experiences

Today I visited Gemma for the Yogassage calming waves ritual, full body. Wow this was the best massage I have had in a while. I suffer with knots, whiplash from a historic accident, back issues also. This massage was a bit firmer than others but Gemma sets the pressure so can have it lighter or firmer. My body feels amazing now. Usual niggles from easing muscle tension but perfect and usual for me, Also I smell divine from the products used. Highly recommend and could do with a nap now haha.

OMG! Fell asleep during this appointment!! 🤣 Had 2 of the new facials today, the Hydra boost refresher facial & the Gua Sha mineral eye lift facial & I have never been so relaxed both during & after having a facial before. The products smelt gorgeous & my skin feels amazing. The neck, shoulder & arm/hand massage is a nice extra touch too. Saw a friend about an hour after my appointment & she commented on how good my skin looked & how refreshed I looked. Will definitely be booking these again. Thanks Gemma x

So today was full leg wax, V mould and Swedish massage. Once again Gemma worked miracles, finding and releasing knots and tightness with the massage that I never knew existed. Waxing is never ‘pleasurable’ but Gemma is brilliant at making it as comfortable as possible. Highly professional whilst making you feel at ease at all times. Highly recommended

I went to Serenity and Soul to have a luxury facial which also includes a relaxing head massage, this treatment was very calming and had great results. This was my first time coming here and Gemma was very friendly and makes you feel welcome. I will definitely becoming again.
