Naomi made me feel so comfortable from the moment we started chatting. She is really generous with her time, talking through my skin concerns with me over the phone before booking in a treatment and again at the start of my signature facial she took the time to understand my skin, taking notes of my skincare routine and making recommendations for what it may need. She has a gorgeous studio in a convenient location in Brighton which instantly puts you at ease. The treatment felt luxurious and extremely relaxing. And my skin honestly looked incredible afterwards and in the days that followed!

I had a Hot Stone Massage with Sarah and it was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had! Sarah is so skilled and nurturing. The pressure was perfect. I felt a bit broken when I arrived but left feeling so relaxed and soothed. I highly recommend Sarah and will be back soon!

I have had facials and massages at this salon and I have really enjoyed the treatments. Both Gloria and Amal are friendly and professional. You feel well looked after from start to finish. I think the salon is very good value and I highly recommend you try it. My favourite is the hot stone massage.

I have known Marta for about 6 years now (from before she opened Rest) and have followed her wherever she went… because I honestly think she’s the best beautician in Brighton! I love her energy too and always look forward to my treatment. Never been disappointed with Marta. Not even once. I absolutely love Rest, a little island of calm in busy Brighton. And not a cheap or tacky decor like a lot of other salons out there (sorry!) but a tasteful and very nice environment to unwind in. Thank you Marta :)

We were in Brighton for the weekend and managed to secure last minute bookings (due to cancellations) for Mini Spa Treatment Package at Wellness&Beauty. We received a warm welcome from the friendly staff. I enjoyed a range of treatments, including a full body aromatherapy massage, facial, foot massage and back scrub. Gloria did a great job tailoring the massage to my preferences. I felt very relaxed and de-stressed after the session. Best pedicures in Brighton!

Fantastic hot stone massage within a relaxing, calm atmosphere. Alice is extremely talented. I always leave feeling wonderfully looked after and pampered. Would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful facial with Naomi and instantly felt relaxed as I stepped into her treatment room. The variety of techniques and level of skill isn't something I've experienced in Brighton before. I would highly recommend seeing Naomi!
