Amazing! I had super tight calves, left hip pain and neck pain. Teresa was able to get all of the spots treated and with little achiness afterward. I feel so much lighter after my treatment. I love how she incorporates relaxing techniques with trigger point therapy. Its so good!

Was my first time getting a massage and was so impressed with Theresa's knowledge, she was so friendly and caring . Will definately be coming back.

I've been having back neck pain for over a year now. It's gotten so bad I've been getting several migraines as soon as I wake due to the tension in my neck . Today was the first day in a long time I've woken up without pain in my neck after getting worked on yesterday for the first time. I've got herniated disc's in my lower back for 18 years and now found in my neck last year after getting a mri on my neck. Looking forward to getting more work done for my neck and lower back to relieve the pain as my hips , neck and lower back always hurt after riding my bike for 3 or 4 hours.

Excellent visit, very knowledgeable able and showed me where my problem areas are and pos to be results in just one visit. Can't wait to go back for more healing.
