I really appreciated the questionaire before the appointment which Hattie used to provide a personalised service with products that suited my skin and scalp concerns and any sensitivities. My skin felt super glowy immediately afterwards and Hattie gave me some recommendations for my skincare routine going forwards, which I've been following for a few days and I'm already seeing more improvements. I'm looking forward to booking in for more treatments!

She put me at ease straight away and was warm and welcoming for my first visit. 1.5hrs of total relaxation and the following morning my skin feels and looks fantastic.
