Very quaint spa in downtown Vancouver. Anna was my masseuse and she was very cordial and skillful. My neck and shoulder tension greatly improved at the end of the session. I came here for a couple coconut oil massage with my partner to celebrate his birthday. After the treatment, we enjoyed a cup of refreshing treat and Japanese treat In a private, traditionally decorated room. Thank you Sanatio!

Quite honestly the best massage I have ever had. Yumi read my muscle tension to the tee and the pressure was PERFECT for the entire treatment. I wish I would have found this place sooner as am not from Vancouver and this will be my last trip here for a while. Only thing that caught me off guard was the level of static in the massage table dressings. Pre and post massage experience were phenomenal.

Yuma was the one who did the head spa for me. She knows her stuff. I really appreciate that she put in just the perfect amount of strength in the massage, as I had masseuses put in too much strength or too little in the past. You can tell she puts in a lot of attention in her techniques, doesn't half-ass anything, and treats her clients extremely courteously like someone from Japan. The whole experience was quite relaxing too, as I nearly fell asleep during some portions. I would come here again if I am a Vancouver resident, but I live in Toronto!!!! People in Vancouver are blessed.

We did the couples combo korugi/kobido massage. Very relaxing that we fell asleep! We started off with an essential oil foot soak and was led to a couples for the massage. Was able to adjust pressure and overall very relaxing that I had to fight to stay awake. Massage ended in a separate tea room with a rice cracker and hot tea. Overall very pleased, will book again the next time we visit Vancouver!

My experience was absolutely wonderful! Rina was incredibly sweet, and the massage was both relaxing and refreshing. I also really enjoyed chatting with her about Japan and sharing some of my own stories—it made the visit feel even more special. The hospitality and service were outstanding. This was my first time experiencing a head spa treatment. It was more relaxing and blissful than I had imagined.　I would like to receive head spa treatments on a regular basis in the future, as the accumulated dirt on my scalp cannot be removed by regular shampooing. The consultation, oil massage, shampooing, and spa with warm running water were all excellent. I would recommend it to everyone who cares about your hair and scalp!

My wife and I went to Hive for the first time and were both extremely pleased with the experience. The salon is very bright, smart and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and polite. Our cuts were carried out carefully according to our requests and were excellent - in fact among the best we have ever had. A head massage and coffee were included and the price was very good for the service we received. We will both return to Hive in the future and strongly recommend it.

My first time at Organic Thai Spa. I was very pleased. The space is clean and decorated with rich colours. Pattra is a lovely therapist and gave a very good Himalayan Salt Scrub and relaxing Thai Oil full body massage. The movements when she was kneeling on my legs and hips were surprisingly effective. The stretches were great too. I highly recommend this place. I’ll go back soon.

I had an amazing Thai spa session with Bowie yesterday. She has incredible skill and really knows how to release deep tension while keeping the whole experience relaxing and professional. Her technique was spot-on—firm where needed and soothing throughout. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and with no more tightness in my shoulders and back. I first booked a massage with Leanne for my grandma as a gift - she was wonderful and my grandma was so happy with the experience. Leanne is knowledgeable and helped my grandma to feel relief from pain and tension, but also to feel hopeful about gaining strength and wellness into the future. My grandmother has started to see Leanne on a regular basis every two weeks now. It is so convenient that Leanne provides this service for seniors in their homes. We definitely recommend her!
