Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I had Indian head massage treatment with Zahira this afternoon. The treatment was definitely one of the best head massages I have ever had. She was absolutely fantastic, as well as being very welcoming, friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning to this place very soon! My friend and i really enjoyed our experience at the beauty refinery. It was amazing. The service and costumers care was top notch. I had my body wax done by Pinky and inde, those two lovely ladies were extremely kind and helpful to one another. Their personalities are very bubbly and sweet. I also had a full face wax/threaded by Deep. She was extremely kind, soo sweet and good at her job. She shaped my eyebrows perfectly. Also met the owner. What a lovely lady. She gave us free chocolate and hand cream after our services for all the pain we had to endure😂 I definitely will be coming again!

This place is magical. With so many beautiful young butterflies 🦋 professional staff dressed appropriately. I wish I had found this place sooner. I tried everywhere in Leicester. And this place beats it all places! This place is very organised cleaned and good hygiene. I never seem a place that is more friendly honest caring helpful sincere truthful professional and hardworking. They dont manipulate by offering wrong treamtns that I don’t need. Only treatments that I meed. If I don’t need they wont recommend.
