Today was my first time at Charme. I wanted to tint my hair a light brown and get a suitable trim. I gave the hairstylist Louis a challenge by not specifying what hairstyle I wanted. I casually said, "You decide; hair will grow. Isn't that fun?" In fact, Louis knew nothing about me, not even my preferences; he had only seen me a few days ago for a skin test. I focused intently on the sound of the scissors. I sensed that Louis is a meticulous person, and I had a lot of confidence in him. I was completely satisfied with my haircut and immediately scheduled my next appointment.

Love my refreshed curls! Louis has completely taken me and my hair on a journey from awful limp heat damaged curls to incredible healthy bouncy locks, even with me wanting to lighten. He gave good honest advice to ensure my hair remained glossy and healthy. I would highly recommend Louis for any curly and non curly hair needs! I always come out of our appointments with so much more confidence. Thank you!
