My experience was GREAT thanks. Unfortunately I am unable to contribute a tip at this time, but if I could, I would. I’ll be back soon and I would love to see Viv again. 👍🏻 I felt really relaxed and I was not worried that the outcome was going to be something horrendous. I had to try super hard not to fall asleep… Love the look of the place as well as the professionalism. Professionalism is key. Georgina was amazing today at my appointment. I was apprehensive to have my hair cut as I’ve never been happy with how my curly hair has been cut in the past, but today was another story. She clearly explained everything she was doing and was great at giving advice on what would work best for my curl type and best ways to style it etc. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, I felt so comfortable there and could trust her completely with my hair. I’m so happy to have found a curly hair specialist who is local to me, she has done an excellent job and I can’t wait for my next appointment.

Came here for a cut and finish, this was my first time visiting the salon and also my first haircut since lockdown. I had a lady called Emma and she was so lovely, she put all my anxiety at ease and also gave my hair a lovely makeover all while making me almost cry with laughter! I've never had a bad haircut from Ashleigh, my fringe is always an issue, but she always manages to cut it well. This time I only wanted a wet cut & blow dry, & my fringe cutting level with my eyebrows as I normally have, it looked fine in hairdressers, got home & now having to keep blowing my fringe out of my eyes, pinning it up. Also not happy that I was charged for the PPE, when none was used for my appointment, I checked my receipt when I got home, also checked my booking in for that day. This might seem petty but it all adds up, especially when you want a colour as well. Xx Kind Regards
