It was my first visit to Trepadora and Polina was lovely and took her time to explain what she was doing and why. Appointment took about 1.5 hours and my hair looked fabulous afterwards. It's so calm and zen at Trepadora, it's like being in a spa. Whilst I appreciated there was no hard sell of products afterwards, I was a bit disappointed that I was not provided with a list of products used, or given any samples, so I could put into practice everything Polina had done. I still would recommend this salon though for anyone with curly hair and have rebooked my next appointment already.

My daughter arrived at Trepadora, with tangled, damaged curly hair, and left with the most perfect, healthy curls I've ever seen. The attention to detail and expertise, was second to none. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We booked the private room, which is spacious, and peaceful

Absolutely brilliant service. I genuinely encourage all curly hair people to get to Trepadora right now! But also especially people who’ve never had their curly hair properly cut. They tell you everything to do when it comes to managing your curls- from sleeping to styling. They teach you all about the different treatments and products your hair needs. My hair has never felt so pampered before. Just phenomenal! I felt so comfortable and the place is lovely as well (great music playlist) smelt amazing.

I visited Trepadora for the first time last weekend and I would definitely recommend it to anyone with curly hair! I have 4C hair and I wanted a cut and also to leave the salon with a defined fro! Too often, my hair either gets blowdried or just not defined when leaving hair salons so I wanted to find a place that saw beauty in curls and I have found it! My hair was pampered, styled and cut and has been popping since!! I’m also super thankful as due to closures on the motorway, I was super late and they still took me in and took the time to care for my hair! I’ll definitely be back.

It's always a pleasure to get my haircut with Marianna as she is always very attentive and friendly. Marianna listens to how you would like your haircut and happy to give advice. I would highly recommend this salon.

Poling was great. She explained every step that she was doing and answered all of my questions clearly. The curly girl method had been confusing me, but now it makes so much more sense to me. I had actually had a family bereavement on the day of my haircut and she was very sensitive. Mimi was also great when we discussed all of the products.
