Lots of time & patience with 20 month old, with ants in his pants and just wanting to run around. He played with cars on the floor, messed up the product display, used the water hair spray bottle to wash the window, etc. all while Kelly quietly chased him round cutting the odd snip here & there without him even realising he’d had a haircut! Have been visiting Sophie for my balayage touch ups for a few years now. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. She always does a fantastic job. Talks through the process with me each time and always keeps it real with what’s achievable and works for my colouring. My hair always grows out beautifully and still looks great right up to when I return for a touch up. The new salon is really beautifully decorated and warm and welcoming. Always enjoy my visits!x

I had a wonderful Manicure, and Pedicure with gel painted nails, yesterday. It was 1st class, I have to say! Kathryn is a lovely person, so warm friendly, and professional. Skye is fabulous with my curly hair. I used to have anxiety whenever I went for a haircut!! But Skye really knows how to cut and style curly hair and I can totally trust her and she listens to what you want. Totally recommend.

We brought our 2 year old son for his first haircut. Skye was so kind and let him take his time to be happy to have it cut. She was really helpful and answered all our questions. She really put us all at ease, even when he made lots of mess, and helped me collect a lock of his hair. She's also had great customer service before and after, answering my questions about products and tools for his curls. We'll definitely go again.

Skye was brilliant! She really listened to my needs and took them on board, styling my hair just how I like it. She gave great curly hair tips and insights throughout, and even shared all the products she used. Amazing and knowledgeable service, with added aftercare advice - a rare gem!

I booked online for the first time and it all worked out great!! My haircut is just what I wanted, so I'm really pleased. And Kelly is lovely!
